We do not guarantee specific monetary compensation increases, promotions, or employer actions.
4. Strict Confidentiality & ICF Ethics
We operate under rigorous professional non-disclosure standards. Everything discussed during discovery calls, coaching sessions, and private correspondence remains strictly confidential.
Both the coach and the client agree to protect proprietary corporate information, internal employer dynamics, and personal disclosures shared in coaching environments. Information will only be disclosed if required by law or in instances of imminent danger.
5. Consultations, Bookings & Rescheduling
Discovery calls are complimentary 30-minute strategic sessions to determine mutual alignment and establish coaching fit:
- Punctuality: Because executive schedules are highly concentrated, sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule a discovery call or coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice via your booking confirmation link or direct email.
- Formal Engagements: Custom coaching agreements detailing session cadence, investment, and duration will be provided in writing prior to initiating any paid coaching engagement.
