The Purpose

Why I Dedicate Executive Hours to Pro Bono Service

When I arrived in the United States as an immigrant professional, I had technical drive and work ethic, but zero corporate network, zero understanding of subtle workplace politics, and no budget for private executive development.

I was fortunate to encounter leaders who took a chance on me, offered candid feedback, and opened doors that altered the entire financial and leadership trajectory of my life.

Executive coaching at the highest level should not be gated exclusively behind $15,000 corporate budgets. High-potential talent is distributed everywhere, but access, mentorship, and sponsorship are not. Dedicating pro bono seats each quarter is my personal pledge to level that playing field.

"When you reach the executive suite, your job is not just to sit at the table. It is to build a longer table and leave the door wide open for those who follow."

Pro Bono Coaching FAQs

Is pro bono coaching really 100% free?

Yes. There are no fees, credit card requirements, or surprise upsells. It is a genuine service initiative dedicated to leadership equity and community impact.

How many pro bono clients are accepted?

Because every engagement is conducted directly 1:1 with Coach Gagan (with no junior associates), capacity is strictly limited to 2 to 3 clients per quarter.

What if I can afford paying for coaching?

We operate on an honor system. If your employer provides an executive coaching stipend or your current compensation enables you to invest in advisory support, we respectfully ask that you apply through our standard Executive Consultation so pro bono seats remain available for those with genuine financial hurdles.

How are applicants selected?

Selections are made based on three criteria: genuine need, clarity of the challenge, and high personal coachability and commitment to taking immediate action.
