About Us

The Coach

I am an ICF‑trained coach and Managing Director in the software industry, with years of experience leading teams, building products, and navigating complex global environments. After completing my ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) training, I began offering structured coaching to young professionals, emerging leaders, and founders who want to grow in their careers without losing themselves in the process.

My coaching is grounded in the belief that people are capable of designing lives that work in every dimension; career, relationships, health, money, and inner growth; when they have space to think clearly and someone genuinely on their side.

Who we work with

We Coach clients who are serious about growth in multiple areas at once, including:

Life Design & Family

Balancing ambitions with parenting, marriage, and caring for parents, especially in cross‑cultural or immigrant contexts.

Money & Future

Aligning career moves, side hustles (including coaching), and financial stability with the life you want over the next 5–10 years.

Well-Being & Habits

Building routines around sleep, exercise, digital boundaries, and self‑care so you have the energy to live the life you want.

Career & Leadership

Choosing next roles, navigating transitions, and developing a leadership style that fits your values.

Executive Coaching

Develop leadership skills for high-level success, transforming managers into inspiring leaders through strategic coaching.

Relationships & Decisions

Making thoughtful choices about marriage, partnerships, and major life paths based on your own values—not just social pressure.

Many of my clients arrive with one “main” topic like career but quickly discover that real progress requires looking at how all parts of their life connect.

My coaching style

Clients experience my style as calm, structured, and honest. I listen deeply, reflect what I hear, and ask focused questions that help you see both the practical details and the bigger picture. Because of my background in management and entrepreneurship, I understand deadlines, team pressures, and family responsibilities, yet I stay in a coaching role rather than giving one‑size‑fits‑all advice.

In sessions, we might in the same hour talk about:

  1. - How to prioritize between two business ideas.

- What kind of parent or partner you want to be in this season.

- How your health, sleep, and habits are affecting your decisions.

- What kind of financial and lifestyle future you want to build.

This whole‑person approach is where coaching becomes powerful: the same set of conversations can unlock energy and clarity across work, home, and inner life at the same time.

How we work together

- Typical engagements are 4–6 sessions of 60 minutes over 4–8 weeks so you see real movement within a defined timeframe.

- Each session has a clear focus, deep reflection, and specific actions that you design for yourself.

- Between sessions, you experiment, observe, and bring back what you learned so we can refine your approach.

I also offer pro‑bono or low‑fee coaching for young professionals and nonprofit partners, especially in the Pittsburgh/Monroeville area, as part of my ongoing ICF credentialing and commitment to service.
